Dr Al-Araji comes from a family of doctors. Her upbringing instilled in her the ethos of providing the best care possible and helping those in need. She believes that prevention can be the best cure, and she helps her patients meet their preventive goals.

As a general practitioner, Dr Al-Araji is a mentor and educational supervisor to physicians in training and works with a broad team of clinical pharmacists and nurses.

She is actively involved in audits and quality improvement projects designed to help deliver better care.

Education

Dr Al-Araji earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees at Baghdad College of Medicine, University of Baghdad. She then obtained her Diploma of Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare at Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London.

Dr Al-Araji is continuing her education, currently serving as mentor and educational supervisor to physicians in training.
