Top-tier health screening and diagnostics. A premium array of services sets this level apart. In addition to all the services in the Silver level, you will also have access to a CT coronary angiogram, ambulatory blood pressure monitor and an MRI of the abdomen and pelvis.

Recommended for people more than 40 years old with a health condition or those more than 50 years old with no known health issue.

Pre-visit evaluation

Before your visit you will receive a 60-minute nurse pre-visit evaluation to understand your health goals and history.

In Clinic Visit

During your visit, you will receive:

Nurse — up to 60-minute consultation that includes:


  • Body mass index (BMI) assessment
  • Blood pressure
  • Resting electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Urine analysis
  • Blood test

Physician — 90-minute consultation that includes:


  • Full medical examination
  • Family medical history discussion
  • Personal medical review

Diagnostic imaging

  • Abdomen and pelvic MRI

Blood tests

Test for 50 blood markers, including:


  • Vitamin D levels
  • Vitamin B-12
  • Cholesterol
  • Blood sugar level
  • C-reactive protein (CRP)
  • Simple bowel screen
  • Prostate cancer risk
  • Ovarian cancer risk
  • Thyroid function
  • Cystatin level to evaluate kidney function
  • Insulin level

Cardiac testing

  • Transthoracic echocardiogram
  • Computerised tomography (CT) coronary angiogram (if clinically indicated)
  • Carotid Doppler test (if clinically indicated)
  • 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor

Hearing

  • Hearing assessment

Pulmonary

  • Lung spirometry test to assess lung function

Urine testing

Expanded urine testing using microscopy and culture checking for:


  • Liver function
  • Kidney function
  • Diabetes
  • White blood cell counts
  • Foreign yeast and bacteria

Body composition (if clinically indicated):

  • Full scan

Bone density

  • DEXA scan for women over 50 and men over 60 years old (or younger for both sexes if clinically indicated)

Hormonal screen

  • Hormonal profile for men
  • Menopause profile for women

Sexual health screen, if required

  • HIV
  • Hepatitis B and C
  • Syphilis

Women only

  • Cervical screening, via smear pap test (if clinically indicated)
  • Mammography (if clinically indicated)

Follow-up visits

  • Your initial results will be shared with you about a week after your visit.
